Professional Children's Football Coaching for Boys and Girls

After highly successful courses in all areas of Leicestershire since 1995, Football Association and Leicester City Academy Under-11s coach, Mark Hedley, would like to invite all children with an interest in football, to join him and his team of highly-qualified coaches for more footballing fun and enjoyment. All courses are aimed at players of all abilities, both girls and boys, who will be coached on skills such as Passing, Control, Heading, Dribbling, Shooting and Goalkeeping. Mini soccer (5-a-side) games will also be included.

This course is aimed at players who currently attend elite or masterclass sessions and girls/boys who play for a junior football club. Also those who are ready to progress their skills from our open/fun sessions.

The programme used will be an advanced session working on skills needed to progress to the elite level. This class is not for beginners - only for players with the passion to improve.

This course will consist of specialist goalkeeping coaching in the morning, followed by matches in the afternoon to give a chance to put the new skills into action.

Daily rates are available as follows:

5 - 6 year olds
£6.00 per morning

(minimum of 2 mornings)

7 - 13 year olds

2 days £24.00

3 days £32.00

4 days £40.00

5 days £48.00

Students will need warm football kit, suitable indoor and outdoor footwear (see 'playing surface'), a change of clothing, towel, gloves and hat (if cold), shin-guards and a packed lunch (5 - 6 year olds do not need a packed lunch).
